KC3 is a research based Bully Preemption and Positive Character Program, proven to decrease name-calling, discipline and distraction incidents in school and on the school bus. In a period of only 6 weeks positive character traits can be brought to life, name-calling can be cut in half while cooperation doubles. The Casey series, written by Margaret Ross, provide the foundational language.

The KC3 Bullying Preemption solutions program has multiple, fun, age-appropriate booster lessons, providing a strong foundation for creating and rewarding healthy relationship habits. It supports the violence and bullying prevention goals of Second Step and Safe and Drug Free Schools. KC3 ties easily into existing teacher lessons and supports ongoing Character Education initiatives. This "Inclusive" program supports efforts to ensure that No Child Is Left Behind.

The KC3™ Positive Label Program, created by Margaret Ross in cooperation with students, drivers, educators, and other helping professionals, and offered through the Kamaron® Institute, is designed to teach children that words are powerful tools that can have either a positive or negative effect.

The heart of the program centers on the first of Ross’s "Casey" books, "Casey and the Amazing, Giant, Green Shirt," "Casey and the Amazing Good Finder."
