How To Get Started

HOW TO GET YOUR PROGRAM OFF THE GROUND

1. Decide that you want the program results such as fewer discipline issues, more kindness, more cooperation, more quality teaching time.
2. Secure one or two influential school system Champtions
3. With your Champions select your pilot elementary schools
4. Secure program funding
5. Complete system required paperwork and processes
6. Brief and brainstorm with System's public reltations/communications leader and curriculum leader
7. Book time with Kamaron Institute Team
8. This is a 3-year plan. Year three has proven to be magical. This is the year staff no longer views program as "one more thing to do." It has become part of "everything they do and is a way of living at your school.
